WAIT! Is it my eyes or my TV? I just saw the war criminal Putin on MSNBC. His hair looked orange.

Is this some kind of a mark of a self-aggrandizing, lying, treacherous. tyrant? What is with these guys? I thought I saw a picture of Kim with a tint of orange.

for a 70-something-year-old? Seems he's obsessed with his appearance and slathers on the wrinkled cream all the time.
