He seems to be, quietly as possible, bringing women to power in many official positions. He knows that it is time for women and POC to be in power to make the decisions and he is working diligently to bring that about. It shows in all his actions nationally and internationally. I like his style, thankful he's our president at this moment.

I was absolutely THRILLED when he chose a native American woman as head of the Department of Interior. I don't hear much about her, but I expect great things.

Twelve of Biden's nominations for Cabinet and Cabinet-level positions are women, including eight women of color, and if they're all confirmed it would shatter former President Bill Clinton's record of nine women serving concurrently, which happened during his second term.
