Police have identified a person of interest in Tuesdays shooting in Brooklyn, law enforcement officials said.
Investigators identified the suspect when they found a credit card used to rent a U-Haul van connected to the incident.
The NYPD said the person of interest is identified as Frank James.

Police have identified 62-year-old Frank R. James as a person of interest in the Brooklyn subway shooting.
Though it is unclear if James actually was the shooter, officials are searching for him because of his ties to evidence found near the crime scene. A reward of $50,000 was announced for information that could lead to his whereabouts.
Police described the suspected gunman as being around 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighing around 175-200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gas mask, an orange construction vest and a grey hooded sweatshirt ...

At least 23 people were injured, including 10 who were shot, on Tuesday morning in a Brooklyn subway station, where the New York City Fire Department said first responders found undetonated devices at the station.
The latest: The shooter fired his handgun at least 33 times, New York Chief of Detectives James Essig said Tuesday evening. Police said they had no one in custody, but they had identified a person of interest.
