have you noticed the terrific women in European governments who've been involved in dealing with Ukrainian stuff lately? Ukrainian and EU and likely others. (including US United Nations rep.)

but I will say if you want good government, it -usually- pays to place women in high places.
I never could understand the old adage that women are too emotional. Our hormones are nothing compared to men! Testosterone makes men way too predictably violent. Women think ahead... not only about tomorrow; but towards the next generation, and the generation to come after that. Probably because we carry those generations!
