Bill Maher Cruelly Mocks Bella Thorne's Anxiety to Her Face - Daily Beast

What a garbage human.

The discrepancy began when Thorne opened up about how she “fell into weed” as a result of her anxiety, which immediately agitated Maher. “What is it with you kids and anxiety?” he questioned. “What is causing all the anxiety?”

Though Thorne attempted to explain that there’s “constant bad, bad, bad everywhere you look,” Maher wasn’t having it. He argued with the actress, saying it was a “disingenuous argument” and that her generation “doesn’t know what’s going on in the world.”

“So how can you be that fucking concerned about what’s going on in the world?” Maher said. “I know what’s going on in the world! I should have the anxiety! I follow it, you kids don’t follow it. You don’t know what the fuck is going on in the world! What are you upset about?”

Later on, he told Thorne that young kids need to get off social media—that’s where the anxiety (and apparently, cancellation) comes from. The real kicker, though, came when Maher continued to blast Thorne’s anxiety even after she had opened up about her father’s death and other childhood trauma.

“I think a lot of the people who are the most anxious have the most privileged lives,” Maher said, prompting a ‘hm’ of disapproval from Thorne. “Look at your life! Everybody wants it. Everybody wants to be you.”

Like Ann Coulter who seems to be the epitome of womanhood in Maher’s eyes. This is not about gender or gayness or any of that. It is about women, and how women are treated and talked about in general.
Maher, who appears to otherwise reject women, seems to revel in her essence. Don’t know whether that is because she is thin, white, anti-women’s rights, anti women in general, or because they smoke dope together. Or sniff cocaine together.
That is what I was referring to. I’m a woman, and I get bent out of shape by Ann Coulter. And she is a public figure and so is Maher, so I can say things about them that I wouldn’t say otherwise.
They put themselves out there for money, so I can be critical.
I apologize if anyone was offended. I meant no slur.

Anxiety can be a real motherfucker. It can disable you. You don't need a god damn reason to have anxiety.

It all comes down to people having no empathy. Not being able to put themselves into the shoes of others. Not understanding how sick people feel, etc.

I've tried to like Bill Maher. I sometimes find him funny and interesting. But cutting through the bullshit, he's a fucking asshole.

It's fine. Life's a journey. People change and, unfortunately, sometimes not for the better. Maher has seemed to become even more bitter than usual in his later years and has come across as more of a libertarian asshole (like Joe Rogan or someone like that) getting pissed at stupid manufactured conservative controversies (cancel culture, blah blah blah) rather than legitimate issues.

.... I thought it was Scarborough's day. Anyway, let's have a look at Bill Maher smoking dope with Bella Thorne in full anxiety distress mode because Bill Maher is so mean. I have a grandson, college graduate, and working full-time to get his career off the ground. He's doing very well, and has put a lot of effort to get this far. If someone has a reason for anxiety, it's people like my grandson who are working their asses off just to find firm ground. Watch the video. Bella Thorne is not suffering from anxiety even if she believes she is. It's the privilege of the rich and spoiled, and while people are wringing their hands, and pulling their hair out over Bill Maher, it's probably not even an afterthought in Bella Thorne's mind at this point. If I'm wrong, I'll admit it, but if I'm right well, I don't expect anything.

Personally, I don’t think justifications are needed to smoke it either in weed or concentrate form, vape it or eating the edibles; but a lot of people do feel the need to justify their enjoyment of walking around with a THC high by blaming anxiety.

It does make life more enjoyable without the hangovers; especially in these shitty times.

In my opinion he's exactly right about 90% of the time, and if you want to see a couple of guys taken out of context on a regular basis, and usually without any video or audio proof, then Bill Maher and Joe Scarborough are prime examples.

PS: If you are neither of those things, rich and spoiled, then it's perfectly understandable that you may have anxiety. I just don't think that you or anyone else would feel that much anxiety if you had the means to go anywhere or buy almost anything your heart desires, and oh yeah, be young, beautiful and or handsome to top it all off. I can say without a doubt, life would be a lot less anxiety filled for me, especially if I got to hang out with Bill Maher and smoke a bowl with him.

Never.

Always a smug asshole.

Any agreement I have on him on any issues is purely coincidental.

Anyone who goes on Maher’s show however - one would hope they’ve done their research.

Is an asshole. An asshole with an ego. An asshole with an ego and good command of the language.

He uses that command of the language to put on a front that he is an intellectual. Listen to his words. He is not an intellectual.

Considering his highly inconsistent and questionable ideology, bigotry, and abusive personality, it’s kind of impressive what the guy has done with his life. Serious overachiever. Racist piece of shit.

"I'm the last of my guy friends to have never gotten married, and their wives—they don't want them playing with me. I'm like the escaped slave—I bring news of freedom." Maher

Ben Sasse: “Come work in the fields with us.”
Maher: “Work in the fields, Senator? I’m a house ni**er.”

Seven minutes of Bill Maher bigotry.

Yet he predominately dates black women as he says they are the only real women. Most relationships are short with lots of gossip about his treatment of his girlfriends.
