Among those not on the list: Steve Cohen, Emanuel Cleaver, Gerry Connolly. I gave up comparing the current roster of Representatives to the Russian list since there appears to be no rhyme or reason to whether someone is on or off the list.

Are you assuming that Russia was trying to reward those not on the list? Because I doubt that Emanuel Cleaver, Steve Cohen, or Gerry Connolly, to name three who aren't on the list, did anything warranting a "gold star" from the Russians.

There appears to be no rhyme or reason for who is on or off the list.

There is NO WAY any of these three were involved in anything pro-Russia. It sounds like the Russian government added a few D names for apparent cover. If this is the chickens___ stuff that Russia is capable of, no wonder they so badly miscalculated in Ukraine.

There's no rhyme or reason to the list . Those on the sanctioned list including non-voting delegates such as Eleanor Holmes Norton. The non-sanctioned list includes twice as many Democrats (26) as repubs (13).

It's a mistake to assume that there is some logic to any of it.
