4. Spanberger barely won in 2020, her 2nd term. I like her a lot.

Redistricting took away her Richmond area votes, but that may offset by some Dem 'leaning' new areas.

Vega, a nobody. Other 'cons signaling they may enter the 'con primaries. However, the anti-AOC type casting will last into November.
