He wants to spend 41 billion dollars so people will stop making fun of him on this dumb app.
OR he made a deal with trump: he'll get trump back on twitter, trump picks elon to be his vice president, they steal the election, elon gives trump a ride in his rocket & when it blows up lucky elon becomes prez. (sounds crazy & then it doesn't--weirder things have happened)
