Since the Russians have violated the 1994 agreement with Ukraine, tit for tat.

That jails his own people, murders his opponents, commits war crimes, possibly genocide, and is threatening the use of nuclear weapons. Why the Air Force isn't at defcon 2 is baffling to me.
