4. How would they know which country gave them?

They could be British, French or even Israeli.

They wouldn’t have no idea since only Ukraine would announce they have them.

But I highly doubt we would give them, anyway.

Ukraine. I agree that this scenario is extraordinarily unlikely. We're not about to hand over a handful of nuclear weapons to Ukraine and tell them "Here ya go...put these to good use."

I assume we are listening in so hopefully the administration has a plan in place to stop this from happening

If we don’t, we surely should

That jails his own people, murders his opponents, commits war crimes, possibly genocide, and is threatening the use of nuclear weapons. Why the Air Force isn't at defcon 2 is baffling to me. One shitty battle report and the madman is launching nukes whilst we debate not getting involved. We're already involved, the whole fucking world is involved. Let's see this mother fuckers poker face. I bet he cowers and cries and stomps his feet and ends his bullshit.

since they are the most at risk for Russia using intermediate and short-range tactical nukes.

Nuclear tensions with Russia have been rising. The United States is set to exit the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty in August, a move the Trump administration took after it repeatedly accused Moscow of violating that 1987 pact by deploying new nuclear-capable missiles.
