If these are corporate documents and the Trump organization signed off on them then he is as head of the corporation is legally liable for them for their content. Just like a tax document. Somebody else fills out the forms but once you sign it you are saying everything is correct. That is why I have my clients go over their returns and know exactly what is in them.
