Right wingers never receive consequences for their actions. She could have personally skewered another member of congress with a flag pole and she'd still be there, screeching about what a victim she is.

(9,390 posts)The judge only makes a recommendation to the Secretary of States office. The Secretary of State decides. This is nothing more than a public hearing to gather information.

(9,390 posts)If the judge provides the information the Secretary of State wants, it makes everything easy for him. He is in a primary election fight to keep his job and does not want to make this decision. I am sure he wants the judge to give him what he wants, the east way out.
