but there could be many "secret" outlets which UA and Azov can use and RF doesn't have enough killers to cover all. Here's believing that there are still sneak attacks against the remaining killers and therefore reducing their numbers.
Mariupol has not falling completely yet.

this is the right tactical move for Putin. Starve them out. If he tried "bunker busters" on this complex, he would face even greater opprobrium worldwide. Tactical nukes would cross the line as well. If he didn't seem to have such a need for "decisive" victories, i might believe the Russians have begun to get smarter... but i don't think Putin will wait long before he acts.
