Maybe the most fascist police department in the nation.

&t=0s&ab_channel=GoodCitizenNews

They have no clue what freedom is. The cop says numerous times he does not care. He is just making up law.

Fascism (/ˈfæʃɪzəm/) is a form of far-right, authoritarian ultranationalism characterized by dictatorial power, forcible suppression of opposition, and strong regimentation of society and the economy.

Fascism (/ˈfæʃɪzəm/) is a form of far-right, authoritarian ultranationalism characterized by dictatorial power, forcible suppression of opposition, and strong regimentation of society and the economy.

The fascist cop removed the free American from a public building by FORCE. (forcible suppression of opposition)/fascist The fascist cop has no right to do that unless the free American had broken a law. Can you say lawsuit?
They don't like the free American filming. Tough shit. It is legal in public and he was in public. You already know that though don't ya. (strong regimentation of society)/fascist
The fascist cop does not believe he is a public servant. That ignorance speaks for itself. Clearly he is in the wrong job. However his "ultranationalism"/fascism leads him to believe he is in the right.
The fascist cop states several times he doesn't care. He doesn't care about the freedom we have in this nation. He is an "authoritarian"/ fascist. Shut your mouth and do what I say is what he wants from a free American. Fact is police have NO authority over free Americans until a law is broken. No law was broken which is why the free American was not arrested and did not give up his ID.

All over the country good police are learning that we free Americans have rights.

Some people clearly hate American freedom. I will engage the fight for freedom from fascism. Can you say russia. Do you understand how easy it is to slip into fascism. Trump almost pulled it off and the police in this nation need to be watched closely. They are right wing all the way.

Again if you don't like those videos they why do you watch them. Me I believe strongly in the fight against fascism. I live in the Philadelphia area and I remember how cops under Rizzo acted. We are past that ugly history but more work needs to be done. End qualified immunity and teach constitutional law to police during their 6 weeks of training.

He had no right to videotape in that facility.

His refusal could amount to trespassing.

The police removed him from private property.

Nothing fascist about it.

The post office is PUBLIC property. Cops can't force you to leave public property unless a law is being broken. The auditor did not break a law. WE OWN THE POST OFFICE. It is public property.
The laws for public property trespass are completely different from private property. Which is something that ignorant fascist cop did not understand.

The SC states that anything you can see in public you can video. Any public area of any public building can be filmed. 1st Amendment sir. The fourth branch of government is the free press. Trump hated the free press. But he was also a fascist.

That managers boss will give him an education you can bet on that.

Sometimes when a supervisor shows up they know the law better.
The post office is not a private business and you cannot be removed unless you break a law. Just like walking down a sidewalk. It is public property. It is ours. We own it.
Most police departments have caught on to how the auditors work. Clearly some have not.
Sometimes the auditors sue and a lot of the time they just laugh and walk away. The point is education and that officer will get educated. There will most likely be other auditors who will visit that post office and do the same thing. When the Post Master gets to those clowns in the post office more education will occur. The police department will get flooded with calls.
I am not sure what this auditor will do because the fascist cop went hands on. That was completely over the top and he should be charged with assault. He may sue.
That cop should have to do a steroid test. Steroid use among cops is rampant.

He was super-nice and respectful, and gave him every opportunity to leave on his own. He clearly didn't want to arrest him. The guy with the camera was a major league asshole (he wouldn't even say his first name!), and sounded like a Libertarian troublemaker. He even questioned the cop's mental health for no reason. Why not just do as the officer says?

The cop is my idol.

People are doing these audits all over the country because police have lost touch with the law and their duties. They are law enforcement not feelings enforcement. It is our building. We are allowed in it. We are allowed to film in it. The cops are not our mother, father or wife and they do not get to order and push us around on a whim. The auditor was not breaking any law and the cop knew it. Which is the only reason the auditor was not arrested. The cop did go hands on when there was NO law broken. Going hands on with a free American is not super nice! The cop went way over the line. It should not have happened and was assault. Police have NO authority over us unless a law is broken. We are equal. Making up reasons to push free Americans around is just plain wrong. It is fascism! Is it ok when police beat and push around BLM protesters? Police need to learn their place in our society and they are a bit lost. How about the army officer police beat in the gas station. Was that ok? The man had done nothing wrong. Police need some push back and that is what these auditors are doing.

All the cop had to do was arrest the free American for a infraction of law and the auditor would have given his name. You do not have to answer questions and you do not have to give your name unless arrested. Or a legit traffic stop.

What the auditors are shining a light on is the fact that so many Americans do not understand their rights. Bottom line the cops are not there to help you. They are asking you questions to jam you up.

This debate helps with the education of America and makes our freedom stronger.
