Definitely a jet engine missile.

I don’t know what they have, but that isn’t artillery or helicopter. I’d say cruise missile type of a weapon.

Bryansk is about 75 miles away from Ukraine. That certainly ups the tension.

8. Jet powered would rule out a Tochka-U, as those are solid fuel rockets

Tochka-U / Scarab B accuracy isn't too great either, ~150 foot radius from target. These would have been operating at near max range as well, which doesn't help accuracy.

A russian Kalibr missile however would be a turbojet.

Another target has been hit, too. I'm seeing unconfirmed reports that it's a military base, although I've also seen one report that it's a second fuel depot.

Edited to add: Kyiv Post says that it is two oil depots:

4. Last night's reports were about an oil depot and an oil refinery.

Hitting a refinery would have more impact on Russia's war effort.

No gas, no diesel, let all their military vehicles sit where they run out of gas.
Then tow them away for the Ukrainian Army.

It would be interesting to see how Russia spins the fact that Ukraine is hitting deeper into Russian territory now.
