Spectacular clean up scene... of a LOT of white stuff from a rubber side up Olds Cutlass.
I dare not say more on any "officially" perused site.

(20,591 posts)He'd wave an Iranian flag around and then some American flag waving guy would come in and kick his butt (or get hit in the head with a "foreign object" and lose)?
I think he owns a car dealership in Phoenix now.

The story lines on some of these dudes are sophomoric, but funny as hell.

(82,849 posts)The statute of limitations for Republican hypocrisy is remarkably short. Whereas there ain't one for a Democrat. You'll still hear the bullshit talking point about Sen. Byrd.

The OTHER Sheik was a Lebanese American. And I think he was in the US Army in WW2.

(18,511 posts)Killer Kowalski: Bio
Inside the ring, Walter Kowalski went by a simple, yet painfully true nickname: "Killer." As anyone who ever stepped in the ring with Kowalski will tell you, his moniker was more than appropriate.
Known for his dreaded Iron Claw, Kowalski began his 30-year sports-entertainment career in St. Louis in 1947. Soon, however, he was competing all throughout the United States and Canada as well as overseas. Perhaps his most infamous moment came at the Montreal Forum in 1954, and it was the night he truly earned the "Killer" nickname. During a Steel Cage Match against Yukon Eric, Kowalski bit off part of his opponent's ear, cementing his already frightening reputation.

(7,341 posts)Very nice guy led quite an interesting life. Needless to say he is struggling hard with health issues because, like so many from the classic 80's era of the WWE, he got treated horribly by Vince McMahon and casted aside when he was no longer profitable.

(1,000 posts)I'm kinda big on that Separation of Church and State thing. If you are going to be a lawmaker, should you not have some knowledge of the Constitution in general and how that applies to the community you "represent" specifically? Maybe you should possess more emotional intelligence than the cast of Animal House, and they were only acting. A lot of what he does is performative, but this is supposed to be Civics, not reality TV.

(2,809 posts)Damned meaningless utterance, designed to convince idiots they're voting patriotically.
Every time I've challenged the few RW'ers I have casual relations with to explain in concrete terms exactly what ideas their heroes are supporting I get either:
Meaningless rhetorical shit like 'Merica furst
or
Equally meaningless border security bullshit. Love that one, because they know damn well the politicians that blather that shit have no interest in losing cheap labor. At jobs citizens won't do.
So the fall back position is the ubiquitous "they" are bringing diseases.
The one I have to frequently deal with at work--
I'm getting there. Fact's are starting..... starting... to soak through the brainwashing.
I don't know how far I'll get with it. It is a co-worker, so I have to keep it on the down-low.
