Jan 6: Thomas Webster Guilty on all Counts

Scott MacFarlane @MacFarlaneNews

Guilty on all counts. Former NYPD officer Thomas Webster faces sentencing in September. DC jurors have convicted every Jan 6 defendant to face jury trials so far.

On all counts.

However, this guy has no prior convictions so ...

What's significant is that it was prosecuted by DOJ and he was convicted by a jury. Not a bench trial with a weasly Repuke judge to let him off easy. I think the judge needs to throw the book at him.

Seems people like Bragg in NY are pissing down their leg in fear that one MAGAt on a jury will ruin these cases.

Well a couple terrorists have taken their chances with a jury now and their political affiliation hasn’t saved them. If prosecutors have evidence a jury WILL convict.

So let these be a lesson to prosecutors, and other terrorists too. A jury will convict a MAGAt.

Other terrorists awaiting trial or people further up being investigated should think QUICKLY about flipping because whether it is them, or drumpf, someone is going to prison. And if it were me, I’m not getting locked up to save the orange ass.

They all hate democracy. The will of the people pisses them off. They all see democracy as attacking their belief that they - and only they - have the right to govern (if you can call what they do as "governing" ) and they all attacked what they believe was attacking them.

They really do belong in Russia. They'd be much happier where there is no choice for the people to make.

all the cases are here, if you want to sift through them.

There looks to be 150 to 160 sentences handed out. The majority of those were plea deals.

And was sentenced to 63 months. This asshole went to trial and was found guilty on all counts. Hopefully he get a minimum of 10.5 years behind bars. I would be happier with longer, but at least that.

I mean if I were in a fight would I even think of gouging the other person's eye (but of course I'm a woman). I wonder if female recruits are taught this kind of thing.

I tell you I gotta plead ignorance on this thing because if anyone had said anything to me at all when the insurrection first started that that sort of thing was frowned upon, you know, cause I’ve been in a lot of riots and I tell you people do that all the time."

I would say that this tells me that there is little doubt that each and very single one of them is guilty. Everyone who watched the newsfeeds saw it. Everyone who knows their Constitution knows they did it. So, what percentage of these treason loving bastards have been locked up yet? Not trials, not arrests, not convictions... incarcerations?

I have been on a few juries, and everyone of them (minor cases compared to this traitor) we deliberated for 2-3 DAYS.

Tells me something.

Here’s hoping this judge will sac-up and sentence this guy with the max.
