Drunk frat boys, wives who email insurrectionists, handmaids with no judicial experience, now this leaked memo - the court has never had more negative and sensationalist media exposure.

Hard to imagine he wants this to be his legacy

when we find out who leaked it, we will know a lot more about the politics on the court than we did before. It's a huge red flag that there are major problems between the sides.

There are few things that concern Justice Roberts more than the integrity of the court. I think his outrage at the leak is almost certainly legitimate.
