Alito: The worst of the radical conservative Supreme Court Justices.

Of course his opinion on Roe v. Wade tips him over the edge as the worst. But let's not forget that he was expected to play an important role on January 6th, where the goal was to spoil a valid election and replace it with fraudulent electors that would vote Trump in for a second term.

Since the conservatives are demanding an investigation of the leaked opinion, maybe we should start an investigation on Alito and what the role he was supposed to play on 1/6?

"Attorney Sidney Powell said the January 6 riot at the Capitol could have caused a delay which would have allowed Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito time to stop the certification of Joe Biden's election victory—but that chance was lost when Nancy Pelosi reconvened Congress to complete the process."

knowing that it probably wouldn’t work, but, wanting the objections to Alito and his regressive ideology recorded for history.

You would think that's a given, but in this country where the rewards are best for those who lie, it's getting harder to find people with good character.

as I said in another thread... I believe Alito had his "draft" written years ago and just waiting for a time when he could use it...

questions the definition of "liberty" in the 14th.

It would help to educate the people.

He has voiced his opinion that the states have an absolute right to run their own elections. So in his opinion it is OK for states to gerrymander, obstruct voting, discriminate, whatever.
