Of course his opinion on Roe v. Wade tips him over the edge as the worst. But let's not forget that he was expected to play an important role on January 6th, where the goal was to spoil a valid election and replace it with fraudulent electors that would vote Trump in for a second term.
Since the conservatives are demanding an investigation of the leaked opinion, maybe we should start an investigation on Alito and what the role he was supposed to play on 1/6?
"Attorney Sidney Powell said the January 6 riot at the Capitol could have caused a delay which would have allowed Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito time to stop the certification of Joe Biden's election victorybut that chance was lost when Nancy Pelosi reconvened Congress to complete the process."
