Mandatory profit sharing.

Mandatory all employee bonus program with a pool equal to all stock options, executive bonuses, and stock buybacks.

Force corporate America to share the fruits of the workers labor with those making it all possible

Employers want the immigrant labor, they just don't want anyone else to have it.
