What's the difference between the Taliban and Christian Conservatives?

12. Taliban are Taliban, period. Christian conservatives are neither Christian or conservative.

Christian conservatives claim faith to gain power over others. Taliban have faith mostly for survival.

To my knowledge, Taliban preachers don't have private jets, trophy wives and million-dollar mansions but instead embrace an extreme frugal life and charity. Christian conservatives embrace wealth, decadence and bling.

Taliban men force their wives to stay covered, supposedly to avoid temptation, whereas Christian conservative men dress-up and parade their wives like pimps.

Taliban don't shop at Hobby Lobby, Home Depot or Chick-fil-A.

Taliban live in a physical desert whereas CCs live in a mental desert.

Both, however have hoards of guns and base their beliefs on antiquated, historically unverifiable texts.
