Yeah, it doesn't fit even slightly. I suppose we're all used to it now.

I do enjoy how vigorously everyone hates it.

Also, it gave us #justthetip

Mostly by spending most of our time near GGP, the Haight, and Ocean Beach ... that makes it easy. Can't see it from there

They should consider converting empty office spaces to living space. Might not be as lucrative, but better than empty spaces.

You could swing the vote by moving a few thousand liberals into South Dakota and Wyoming. Loading blue voters into blue states won't accomplish anything.

I love living in the Greater Seattle area. Nothing would induce me to move to a culture wasteland like those places.

The music scene has vanished, the theatre scene is dying, and the coffee culture is gone. There are almost no local stores downtown. The city bus system has been replaced by Metro, then light rail,.and you can't get anywhere directly on a bus (remember the 25, the 66, the 73?) The quirky city I moved to (because of a relationship) has vanished, completely at the mercy of non-tax paying tech entrepreneurs. The dive bars are also vanishing, replaced by pricey gastro pubs. Historic buildings are being knocked down.

Almost every state has a livable college town or two. If I was young and starting out, a place like Grand Forks, ND might appeal to me. I was there at Christmas and it's a nice town with plenty to do.

Anyway, the larger point is that if you move all the liberals into already blue states, the problem will get worse.

Moving employees is fine. It’s also easy.

How about taking a more substantial stance and dedicate to moving their offices to states that don’t treat women as chattel.

Commit to that and I’ll be impressed.

On the other, migration to cities in red states is how places like Virginia, Georgia, and Arizona turn blue.
