Our prosecutor for Washtenaw County, Eli Savit, has already said there will be NO prosecutions for abortions performed in the county if Roe is overturned. He will ignore the old 1931 abortion ban.
Kim Worthy, prosecutor for Wayne County has made the same declaration.
Abortion will remain safe and legal in Wayne and Washtenaw Counties of MI.
