Which Progressiive Democrats?
There's a whole caucaus of them currently & if you actually look at the voting record of all Democrats, even some caling themselves progressive, actually may belong in the PINO category. Like RINO or DINO.

Certainly all Legislators should be questioned on some of their votes.
No one should be protected if they're running in our Party, asking for our Party support $$ or campaign email lists, or endorsements.

2. Frankly, not criticizing Democrats is silly

Sometimes they do stupid stuff and say stupid things. It doesn't mean we will vote for the other side. It doesn't mean full-on bashing, either. Some of them are idiots, like Manchin and Sinema. I'm glad we have the majority of the Senate because they're there, but they're idiots, both of them.

And do people follow those distinctions, or do some just alert on something they don't like. I also wonder if someone alerted on this thread.

6. There's been a clear distinction who 's political behavior is open to discuss & who is protected

Been established for a good 6 years or so.

I don't know how that distinction was set. It appears to have no expiration date.

Maybe ask Admin.

7. Terms of Service covers it clear enough...

I don't see "criticize" mentioned. The relevant term of service was actually included in the jury instructions. I find them neither vague nor ambiguous, but well explained.

10. The jury system is a neat idea. It sucks in use though.

There os no recourse or follow up that goes anywhere. Yer just labeled the bad guy and that’s it. The trolls here (abd there are MANY) love to abuse it.
