Two headlines together I find extremely ironic

From the New York Times morning headlines in my Inbox.

“The shortage of baby formula has hospitalized two children who can’t absorb nutrients properly.”

“Gun manufacturing has nearly tripled in the U.S. since 2000, fueled by sales of handguns”

What screwed up priorities this country has.

are hallmarks of a regressive, primitive society.

Don't look now, but you might be living in one?

No, I don't know of an easy and generally acceptable solution either.

At least according to the bloody hand of the gloriously unfettered free market.

if you kept reading both articles they'd lay the blame for both on Democrats?

Just a hunch, knowing how the "liberal media" operates.

has joined one of the gun manufacturers and is teaching them how to shave a fracti0on of a cent off here, and there, and there, too.

Let's hop[e those guns jam, misfire, overheat, and generally injure the shooters rather than killing their human targets.

Yeah, I know, but I can still dream.

Two weeks ago Bill Maher squander what was supposed to have been an interview with Fran Lebowitz by ranting about this trial while Ms. Lebowitz was just politely sitting there listening.

I had no idea then and I have no idea now what it is all about and could care less.
