Then people thought he was going to drop out before the election, then people thought he was going to quit once he got into the white house, then people didn't think he would run for reelection ...

He clearly wants to be our Putin, and everything he is doing now shows he fully intends to run again, and he will easily win the nomination, and the general will be super close and even if he loses, they will almost assuredly be able to do what they tried to do the last time and keep him in office.

Only thing that prevents any of that is his stoking out - dying or being incompacitated, or the 1 in a 1,000,000 chance justice catches up to him.
