That he's scandal-free. He has no early scandals to draw from and nothing currently scandalous going on. They are forced to make shit up and even that doesn't do what they intend it to.

I think the main stream media has a part in that low rating. Blaming every negative thing that happens around the globe on Joe even though he has no control over much of it. They miss the drama of the twice-impeached, defeated former guy.

I think it is because most of the journalists that promote negativity are promoted (think Chuck Todd) and any Journalists that ask too hard questions don’t get picked again.

It comes from the top = The 24 hour news cycle repeats over and over so that the messages are drilled into your head.

Hate radio doesn’t help, either.
