I myself am natural born (in Los Angeles, to two non US parents, so I could see even me being challenged as neither parent was ever a US citizen, but I think I would be all good), but I do fail the other 2 requirements. I am 25yo (so have to wait around 9 and half years), plus I have not lived in the US for a total of 14 years. If I moved back to the US, I would have to live in it for around 10 and half more years.
