That book was published in 2004.
Frank's arguments are still valid.

(38,937 posts)yet work a union job and think they earned the benefits themselves. They are against public service employees and especially teachers.
I worked a union job in VA years ago, we had about 50 employees in our building and because it was a Right to Work state we had one employee that
refused to join the union. He didn't have any problem collecting his check or benefits but wouldn't pay dues. We never had a strike while I was there but
I don't figure he would have any problem crossing a picket line.
