De Santis faces court defeat with his strike against Tech, social media.

Court decided it was a First Amendment issue. De Santis tried to go against social media because they blocked Trump off their site as well as extreme conservative views. Court said, no.

That bothers a contingent here at DU, but this decision is based on corporations having First Amendment rights.
