This is not everyone so if the rest were all boys the number wouldn't be so far out of whack.

But say this ratio does hold up, there'd have to be, like ... classrooms with way more girls than boys for some reason he just happened to run into ... or something similar that would naturally increase the odds.

Or maybe there's just more girls at this school overall.

You'd expect very close to 50/50 if it was random targeting, put it like that. From this thread, it's far enough from 50/50 to make me suspicious he was targeting females.

Guess what I mean is, if it turns out to be 6 male victims and 13 females (among the children), that will definitely be lopsided enough that one has to at least SUSPECT ... females were his preferred target.

Unless the school has a lot more girls period, or he happened into classrooms that had more females, for some reason.

2. I stopped teaching right after Sandy Hook.

This breaks my heart. I'm so glad I don't have to plan how to defend and protect my 1st graders any more. This is very stressful on teachers who are already stretched to their limit with Covid remote learning and anti-mask parents and a zillion other issues not related to teaching.
