Conservatives on TikTok are a special breed of stupid
I was scrolling through my FYP page on Tik Tok last night. This is essentially the endless stream of videos Tik Tok serves up to you based on its various algorithms. Many times these videos are tied to users or hashtags you have viewed or interacted with in the past but sometimes there is just random and or trending stuff that pops up. I dig into various political hashtags and such so it’s not uncommon for videos from conservatives to show up in my feed.
Anyway, one of those conservative videos popped up last night and the guy was railing against fascist and corrupt politicians. He was surprised some people on the left agreed with him for calling out those types of elected officials. Then I got a good look at the t shirt he was wearing. It was a campaign shirt supporting Ken Paxton, the indicted, corrupt, criminal, fascist Republican Attorney General from Texas.
These people are just so fucking stupid and oblivious that it almost makes me wonder if this was intentionally performative.
