Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsDoes anybody know what percentage of Uvalde's police force is white?
I am wondering if most of the cops are white.
I am also wondering if the kids inside that school were mostly white, would they have gone in and DONE THEIR FUCKING JOBS?
I am wondering how much racism plays into this, or even if it does.

OP
I looked this up yesterday. 95% of Uvalde County is white, and 72% is Hispanic.

I don't think fearing for your own life to not go in and help is strictly a race thing.

So, the community is predominately white-identifying Hispanics.

Like someone posted yesterday, if cops are afraid of these guns then why is anyone allowed to have them?
