There’s a sickness that’s been unleashed in our society; it took a long time to fully manifest since Reagan et al. dropped their poison in the communal well, but it’s here and now full-blown. Like the Black Death or cancer, it’s killing people.

to me. It started in the early eighties w/Reagan and has gotten so much worse since then.

Gerald Ford's pardon of Richard Nixon gave rise to Republican treachery without consequence...Reagan>Iran-Contra/state's rights... John McCain>the Keating Five, Bush/Cheney>Iraq debacle...and now Trump>overt racism, corruption on a massive scale, treason, sedition, insurrection..and today's supporting cast: McConnell, Cruz, Graham, Hawley, Cotton, McCarthy, Jordan, Gaetz, Greene, Boebert, Gosar, Abbott, DeSantis et al....to paraphrase Billy Joel.."Trump didn't start the fire, it was always burning..."

45 never would have existed had it not been a quarter century of these people tearing this country down.

Might not have realized who was funding them. But even after they found out they wouldn’t admit it. I believe that’s at the core when we’d wonder what trump had on various people who might have resisted him at one time, but rolled over once they got a talking to by their masters.
