Navarro is an idiot to try to litigate this case himself. The correct legal term is "pro se" and not "re se"

A person who represents himself has a fool for a client. The petition filed by Navarro was so bad that it was funny. The judge read the petition and told Navarro that his petition is a piece of garbage and to refile something that makes sense. This two page ruling makes me smile
