Nice video, LP, but there is zero accountability for SCOTUS Justices and we have no way to change this.

Clarence is completely protected. Maybe if Ginni is held accountable by J6 Committee or DOJ?

And it appears that Roberts is worthless.

The SCOTUS desperately need an overhaul. Start with a code of ethics, then expand the court, implement term limits, and name a governing body to oversee them.

This is what accountability could look like.

Don't like being held accountable? Well, it's clear you can't hold yourselves accountable.

I hate to say it, but it's really up to Chief Justice Roberts. He does have at least some concern for the reputation of his Court. (At least he used to.) He'll have to get Thomas to either resign or recuse, it's the only way.

Obviously not. He's useless. He makes a pretty show of being concerned about the court's reputation but when push comes to shove, he does nothing to keep anyone in line. He should have insisted Thomas recuse in the one Jan 6 case they heard so far but he didn't. Thomas was the only dissenting opinion, BTW, clearly showing his conflict of interest is a true conflict of interest, and not merely the appearance of a conflict of interest.

Groups need to apply pressure on Roberts. It's no longer a matter of Us vs. Them politics, it's a question of upholding the Constitution and the future of our democracy.
