they want drama to report on. They've already decided that R's are taking over the House and most probably the Senate. I believe this suppresses the vote. Some voters probably think 'Why should I even bother showing up at the polls?"

They go on and on about inflation making it sound like it's caused by the Biden administration's handling, never bothering to mention that Great Britain (inflation higher than ours at 9%) France, Germany, Austria etc all have inflation caused by the pandemic. It's disgusting.

At most I spend no more than 15 minutes watching cable news a day.

It is worthless. I find nothing to gain from watching their idiot analysis

I do read newspapers, and watch local news though

They're looking for entertainment which means getting audiences riled, frustrated, uneasy. IOW, the programs are to be used to bait viewers by provoking reactions.

Inflation is happening all over the world not just here.

But alas see how mass murder especially with guns tend to quiet down and then disappear from the corporate news until the next one and then corporate media is shocked again.

That's just the way things are in the good old USA. People don't read up on the reasons this is all happening. MSNBC and CNN are just the messengers on what the polls are showing.

Most Americans are not watching CNN and MSNBC and are not informed about what the republicans, manchin and sinema are blocking.

Lester Holt should be on Fox. I started watching ABC evening news they are not as bias towards Republicans. Even my 91 year old mother in law noticed the rightward tilt in the last year of NBC and switched to ABC evening news.
