When the shooter is Hispanic, Muslim or Black, there are those who loudly condemn the whole culture of those groups and expect those communities to better police themselves. The entire community is held responsible. They are expected to share the shame and guilt of the murderer. But when the shooter is white, we must not politicize the situation.
