Venting in the dark in NJ
So I'm sitting in the dark with no power and finally a data connection (sporadically) and finally get to tell someone what an idiot Christie is.
He holds a press conf and instead of talking about rescuing people and trying to get power back or all the people whose homes were lost or damaged, what does he talk about Instead?
He waxes nostalgic about the roller coaster in Seaside Heights now being in the ocean and the loss of his favorite boardwalk stand,for sausages & peppers. All the misery and this asshole can think only of amusement rides and food! If coarse food!

and the damage, etc, and he praised President Obama a bunch.
And he was on TV in the afternoon too doing the same.
You must have caught the 'one' time that he talked about something else.
I hope you get your electricity back on for good soon
Despite that, he's been very pro-active, Jersey Devil. He seems to be aware of how terrible things are, and is doing everything possible he can to get people the help they need.
It must be awful for you...I can't even imagine what it's like. Hopefully you'll get power back soon.
