institutions to qualify for loans - it seem these for-profit places make a ton of money and then just walk away? There has been a stream of places that have done the same thing for ever....ITT is an example.

Why should taxpayers be on the hook for bogus education institution that seem to be only get get loads of money and then way away?

Is there something I don't understand?
