If Joe Biden Will Use His Experience and Connections to End Gun Availability, this will change.

If he does, he will be one of the greatest Presidents Of The United States.
The shootings will be greatly reduced if the correct Congressional Laws are passed.

...Now is the time....How will it be done? Joe will find out, because he has the very best sources and people to help him.

So, has it has been said before: "If it were easy, it would be easy."..
With Joe's .."Experience and Contacts" this can be done ..NOW..

..........And while this news is fresh...........Many millions will help, if Joe takes the lead..
..........Yes, I said millions will help Joe.

Any changes in gun laws have to come from Congress. The GOP are already entrenched against gun control legislation and nothing Biden says to Mitch McConnell will change his mind or get him to influence GOP senators to support anything the Democrats want to do. The majority of Americans support some forms of gun control, so Biden doesn't have to convince them. He can't use executive orders to do anything outside the executive branch. If Congress does act, which is doubtful at this point, the Supreme Court is likely to strike down any but the most ineffectual gun laws. Biden is doing as much leading already as he possibly can, but he really has very little power to change the situation. I hate to be a party pooper but that's where we are now.

He has no authority to do so, and would receive pushback of monumental proportion from the starting gate. If not worse.

Satire?

Media, Celebrities, Politicians, Athletes, Movie Stars, Average People, and so on.

...The "pushback" will be minor compared to the support he will receive....

Further, his experience with leaders, people of importance, and many other groups could get very strong laws passed

I am just saying the obvious. I don't know for sure, but is the fight worth it? I think so.
And as I said earlier, millions of people will be on Joe's side on this one. And those opposed to strong
gun control laws, will be obvious and easy to see. And those opposed will pay the ultimate price in politics.

Again........IS THE FIGHT WORTH IT?.......

I THINK WE KNOW THE ANSWER...&...THE ANSWER IS ...YES!!!

Scholars will talk of the primacy of each individual civil right relative to others on certain issues.

If he's working on anything, and I have my doubts, I'd bet it's 1A-2A stuff.

Bench flash interpretation and judicial review due to civil emergencies. As you can tell, I'm not a lawyer.

That's a hill that Republicans in Congress would be willing to die on. Opposition to gun control is the closest thing the Republican party has to a platform these days. That and tax cuts is all they really believe in.

Retain the House. Pick up 12 votes in the Senate. Then withstand McConnell’s stacked Supreme Court from overturning any new legislation we might squeak through if that was even possible. We might be stuck with this shitshow for longer than anyone can imagine, compliments of Comey, the Green Party, and others who decided that Hillary didn’t “excite them enough” to go vote.

Right now it is checkmate until we see the outcome of the November elections. If things do not change for the better for Democratic legislators (true ones that vote for the party agenda), then it is checkmate until the election of 2024. If that doesn’t go the Democratic way…
