Uvalde police chief talking jibberish and avoiding CNN questions today - VIDEO

Just saw a short clip from what looked like earlier today.
A CNN reporter cornered (so to speak) the police chief and asked about his decision preventing
cops from going in. He said stupid avoidance statements.

I am going to look for a clip on it.
Did anyone else see it?
