That would seriously be enough for me to go. Fox News would have another direct line to the White House to do their every evil bidding, and he'd be worse than Trump.

I've heard many good things about Portugal, and I've also considered Denmark.

I may also visit New Zealand in early 2024.

Unless you have that, or direct familial ties, and are young enough (varies by nation, usually under 40, 45 yo or so for easiest entry) OR have quite substantial liquid wealth (often in the millions of $$'s range) that will qualify you as an investor class individual, you will find most highly advanced nations very hard to legally move to on a perm basis as an American.

New Zealand is off the charts hard, for example (and extremely expensive, as is Denmark, with Norway even more so, Sweden a little less so).
