Things to people who are grieving. I went through it with even my own family members when my husband died. I was furious, and it took me years to forgive that shit.

It probably took every ounce of restraint of that grandfather, not to punch that jerk in his smug ass face.

It devastated him and he never got over it. It changed him from an outgoing happy musician to
a morose guy, forever with that weight in his mind. I have children. I can't even imagine them dying
before me.

Stop living in the past.

Joseph Robinette Biden won the 2020 election.

tRumplethinskin lost.

So he can take his own unsolicited advice and stop living in the past.

Actually I hope the jerk who said that does get to experience this kind of pain so that he can understand it is NEVER in the past. Never.

I dont know who that person who said that is nor if they were sincere in trying to comfort. I can tell you one thing, when addressing a grieving parent, especially right after their loss, you shut your fucking mouth and let them grieve. There is nothing and I mean nothing anyone can say to relieve that grief. It is a human emotion that few, thank goodness, will ever have to experience themselves.
