It never seems to stop. Can you really be safe anywhere? 13 are reported shot and 2 dead in Center City.

7. I lived a block from where the one guy was found shot

This is a nice area. The area where this happened is 10 blocks away on South St. where there are busy shops and it is fun and somewhat touristy, not dangerous.

The suspect(s) just seemed to want to shoot a lot of people. And from the reports, police recovered two semi-automatic handguns. Semi-automatic again.
