Because I'm impatient. It's excellent. This caught my eye:

Some have argued that a referral from a political-branch entity risks exposing any ensuing prosecution to accusations of politicization.463 But there is no avoiding accusations of politicization here: Any investigation and prosecution will be of a highly polarizing political figure. A greater risk to the future of our democracy would be realized if the Committee were less than clear and explicit about what it finds, and if that ambiguity contributed to a weakness of will by federal prosecutors to move forward even if the standards for prosecution are met. There has never been a case where securing accountability for wrongdoing was more critical to the future of the nation.
