by the gun attacks.
I'm not saying this is the only argument, but it's not often stated. It's in the First amendment and it's literally under assault every time these shootings happen.

(94,376 posts)Most people are perfectly comfortable going outside and gathering together. Add to which, if its not necessary for people to return to offices to work, its not necessary for them to gather in person for other purposes (I have a Community Advisory Committee and two non-profit Board meetings this month; all will be on-line).

(3,850 posts)But "guns" and an entity are not restrained by the constitution. You can't sue "guns" for infringing on your right to assemble any more than you can sue "weather".
