The right to assemble needs to be called out by Democrats as it's being infringed upon

by the gun attacks.

I'm not saying this is the only argument, but it's not often stated. It's in the First amendment and it's literally under assault every time these shootings happen.

Most people are perfectly comfortable going outside and gathering together. Add to which, if its not necessary for people to return to offices to work, its not necessary for them to gather in person for other purposes (I have a Community Advisory Committee and two non-profit Board meetings this month; all will be on-line).

Are limits on government actions. They would not apply to the situation you describe.

But "guns" and an entity are not restrained by the constitution. You can't sue "guns" for infringing on your right to assemble any more than you can sue "weather".
