There is proof the DOJ is investigating people in Trumps inner circle about the attempted coup.

You can find it on-line by using google.

The DOJ has subpoenaed information from some of Trumps lawyers and closet advisors as part of their investigation into the fake electors scheme, which was a part of the attempted coup by the way. They are asking for communications and documents related to the fake elector scheme.

Some of the people that are being investigating include, Rudy, Boris Epshtayn, Justin Clark and Eastman.

People who are saying the DOJ is not doing nothing, not investigating people in Trumps inner circle for the coup, are factual wrong.

What he did was sedition:

conduct or speech inciting people to rebel against the authority of a state or monarch.

And we used to hang seditionists. Just sayin'.
