NEW YORK (The Borowitz Report)Fox News will not air the January 6th hearings in prime time, owing to the networks decision to air reruns of the 2015 Benghazi hearings instead.
Speaking for Fox News, Tucker Carlson announced that, although other news outlets will air hearings about the insurrection at the United States Capitol, Fox will run Hillary Clintons eleven-hour testimony about Benghazi in its entirety.
When her testimony concludes, Carlson said, the network will show it again, on a continuous loop.
The Fox News host explained that the network had made the decision to skip January 6th coverage because our responsibility to our viewers, first and foremost, is to keep them up to date on whats going on with Benghazi.

(10,252 posts)I guess no one told them that Hillary's 11 hour testimony was a triumph, where she answered every question. Also sad, because they really have nothing better. Guess they couldn't find the video of Trump coming down the escalator and more of his greatest hits from his rally's.

(22,114 posts)again. You really had me going, but I did have a glimmer of that was a Borowitz Report (and it was!).
W/ faux news, you can't rely on them anymore for news, as they marginalize actual news and blow-up insignificant news (compared to other news outlets). Thank God that they aren't my primary source of news nor even close to it, so anything that they may put out, a decent series or whatever, will suffer too, for I will not support any faux channels, period.
Unfortunately, there are huge swatches of the Country that don't have the viewing choices I have here (over 80+ channels, of which a few are shopping channels unfortunately, but for just broadcast TV, this is pretty good).
