22. What utter BS! Ammo for assault rifles is about .65 per round if purchased in bulk, much higher if

bought in small quantities. 22 long rifle ammo costs 7 to 8 cents per round. I grew up on a farm, pop never needed more than a 22 for shooting so called varmints! The bullet from an assault rifle also travels twice as far as a 22; the chance of it hitting an unintended victim is also a danger. But heck, since when do these nuts consider safety?
