Ron Desantis responds to his Press Secretary Christina Pushaw having to belatedly register as a foreign agent: “The only reason they’re attacking her is because she does a great job, and she’s very effective at calling out their lies.”

2. Failing to register as a Foreign Agent isn't the only thing she's done while working for DeSantis.

Twitter suspended her account for violating rules on “abusive behavior” after AP said her conduct led to a reporter receiving threats and other online abuse.

She tweeted the Republic of Georgia's Covid pass to enter public establishments was part of a nefarious Jewish plot: “Georgia decided to enact a ‘Green Pass’ system. Immediately after that, the Rothschilds show up to discuss the attractive investment environment in Georgia (lol). No weird conspiracy theory stuff here!”

And in response to criticism over DeSantis' "Don't Say Gay" law Pushaw tweeted: “The bill that liberals inaccurately call 'Don't Say Gay' would be more accurately described as an Anti-Grooming Bill," following that homophobic statement with the claim that if you oppose the bill, “you are probably a groomer or at least you don’t denounce the grooming of 4–8 year old children.”
